Bugeye UK 300 numbers

I know there was 300 of these made but came across one that was number 303, is this due to certain numbers ie: 13, not being used?

Seen the same car mate on Ebay not sure I googled it but with no luck If its the same as the 22B they did not make a number 13 thats all I know

My dad used to work for lotus and they never numbered cars with 13, maybe subaru didn't use some other numbers.

AFAIK they should be numbered 1 through 301 as they did not have a number 13

Maybe 301, 302 and 303 are instead of 013, 113 and 213?
