looking for a rough torque figure and could i possibly better any of my setup thanx

 

Complete guess... high 3 hundreds for bhp, mid 3 hundreds for torque? I struggled to get near to the magic 400/400 until I'd gone FMIC and replaced the turbo intake pipe on my v7
