x box live wont connect with sky broadband

just got the xbox modem to go online
cant connect to my sky broadband wireless router
say cant aquire ip address

thanks in advance for any help

you've got the wireless dongle that goes in the back of the 360 you mean?

now workin reset to default and started again lol
