Was going to make an order up on opie oils so I've been having a bit of a read through various post but I'm not too sure what i should be getting.

I was going to get some Silkolene SILKTRAN SYN 5 75W-90 fully synthetic for the gearbox and rear diff. Is that right? Or do i need to get something different for the rear diff because of the LSD?

As above for a 2002 WRX STI Type UK Prodrive on 98k miles.
