Default LOWERING SPRINGS

Hi all i bought some 2nd hand springs off here when i first got the car, was told they were 35mm and i'm sure they are as i bought them off a repectable person, now what i was wondering is are the rear springs normally bigger than the fronts or smaller as i put the big springs on the front and didn't get round to fitting the rears, but it didn't seem to the lower the front much at all could i have put the wrong pair on the front?? Sorry for sounding thick guys!

All comments welcome

I put lowering springs on mine a couple of weeks ago and im pretty sure the longer ones go on the rear. It also took a couple of days for the car to settle, at first it didnt look any lower.

Just had some STI shocks fitted today along with apex 35mm lowering springs, only been on a few hrs and it's droped a tad already.
Q1 is the back suppose to sit higher
Q2 how long till all as settled
The ride ain't no where near as harsh as I was expecting but don't want a bone crushing ride anyways.
