Clutch Adjustment?

Question

Can impreza clutches be adjusted?

Reason, my clutch is biting very high up now, but not sure of they are adjustable?

Yes they are adjustable. You need to get on your knees and look under the dash at the pedal box. The pushrod from the master cylinder to the pedal arm yoke has a threaded portion which allows adjustment.

Also bear in mind that as the biting point gets higher up you are getting closer to new clutch time.

i agree with steve. i wouldnt bother adjusting it. if its really high when it bites, change the clutch before it takes the flywheel with it
