Default Gearbox and Diff oils

going to stock up on fluids for this (type R, DCCD etc) just now... any problems with these

Gearbox - Silkoline silktran syn 5 (whats the capacity of the GB?)
Rear Diff - Silkoline BOA 90 LS (1 litre yes?)

The gearbox, front and centre diff share the same oil yes? Is the centre diff LS type? If so whats the best fluid to suit all 3 :S

Adam think my gearbox took about 2.5 litres. Best stick a couple of litres in and just keep checking the level with the dipstick as you fill it up same as filling engine oil.
I also used the same oils as you and did 15k hard miles with no bother.
