for my 2002 51 reg Ford Focus 1.8 Zetec 120,000 miles?

Anybody interested in a straight swap for the above car with their Scooby Turbo NON MODDED please 1999 up?
Focus is blue and has Feb 2011 MOT and taxed until April.Tax only costs £97 for six months.Im the 6th owner but ONLY have it due to getting rid of my modded scooby in an attempt to get an unmodded one.Must admit tho for a Ford the focus is a good car!!I am ONLY INTERESTED in a STRAIGHT SWAP with NO MONEY INVOLVED for T reg upwards.

Thanks for that link above Triple Filtered buddy.The two cars below are obviously NOT like for like with mine and the one I want but your link shows that what I am asking is NO WAY too much!

Its NOT as if like some people I am being unrealistic in my hopes and dreams and look at the savings the person that hopefully swaps eventually with me will make on fuel,insurance,road tax and running costs.Your honour I rest my case.

Genuinely,thanks mate.Good to hear SOME positivity about my car.

 

Don't want to spoil the thread, but the Focus is worth about £1900 - £2400, but as yours has after market wheels on it, this may make it nearer to the bottom end of that scale for the majority.

If anyone does know of a non modded Turbo from a T plate onwards in the price range above, that works, I would appreciated a PM.

Dedrater,there ARE people out there that WILL do such swaps.I know its gonna take a while but WILL happen.I know as I was such a person.I had a T reg Turbo 2000 hatch with private plate etc.I got rid of it due to wanting a change and wanting to help someone out who wanted a Scooby.I got a VERY good Focus. Now I want to come back into the fold and have a nice Scooby again.Saloon OR hatch,I dont mind.Lord Love Rocket kind sir,thank you for your kind words.It is people like you that makes this MB such a nice and friendly place to be.You are right about Focus being good cars.Especially the 1800 Zetec.

Good luck mate although I can see the positives for someone swapping to the focus, and someone may well want to do a deal, although think you will be waiting a long time. Is your car for sale elsewhere as surely be better off selling yours then going scooby hunting with cash in your pocket? Might speed up the process some what and get you in a scooby sooner? Just my thoughts

Just a thought and again good luck. Im starting my scooby hunting VERY soon once ive shifted my range rover!! Need the feel of power again miss my jap cars!!

sorry but i just cant see this being a straight swap. cash has to be involved an if not maybe an older wrx or sport model. if the recession has hit somebody really bad with a scooby then a swap maybe on the cards but with cash involved

 

guys come on i can get uk t reg scoobs for about 2 k,and import wrx from japan for 1500 including tax 2200 so he is not far out.
When i was importing scoobs cars like the focus were what you aimed at on px because they sell so well real bread and butter cars,fair play buddy for selling the old girl.

Its the same old story, when your selling your T reg Impreza, you want top dollar for it but when your buying, you want it for as little as possible.
