hi guys, i tried today to replace my lower ball joints and an outer cv joint on a ver3 sti, however i managed to break 2 torque wrenches trying to undo the axle nut, also when i put the ball joints into the hubs they wont seem to sit all the way in theres about 3mm still sticking out the bottom so theres no way i'm gettin the nut through.....whoever said they were easy how the hell do you get them in ???? anyone got any valuble tips/tricks or can tell me what the hell i'm doing wrong, thx in advance.

 

hi all, quick update got the damn balljoints in , seems i wasnt hitting them hard enough
ended up cuttin the axle nut off after trying everything else i could think of.
brute force prevailed
