hi all,i have a bit of a problem with my clutch.i have noticed its a bit high and i seem to ride it a bit as its high, also seems when i change gear i cant get a smooth change and a moment gap to power coming on its hard to explain it really but also get slight feeling in left foot when depressing clutch-is that normal ?

the clutch is not slipping and i dont do any more than 50 miles per week so could it keep going for while or is a high clutch something that will slip suddenly ? im off to devon in 5 weeks so will be 5 up and full of luggage so will be under more load. never had to replace a clutch in any of my cars and its not cheap for a decent api one,any thoughts please, thanks

If it was me i would just put a new oem standard clutch, there is nothing wrong with the standard clutch, sounds like yours is in need of replacing mate.
