Default 3 port boost solenoid

sorry for being a bit thick. I have a 2005 wrx, does it have a 2 port as standard?

If upgrading to a 3 port, what are the benefits, i.e. will I see more power?

The car already has
up pipe, down pipe, walbro pump, panel filter, td05 trubo, 550 injectors and is running 330bhp

thanks in advance

The three port solenoid gives better control than the standard two port solenoid so as previously said allowing more boost as it can be adjusted to a finer tolerence. But you will need a re-map.

Will definately need the Wastegate Duty Cycle tables reconfiguring, when changing the boost solenoid
