Default Best bolt on Turbo for 2003 Sti PPP

I'm very new to scooby tuning after years of playing around with fords so sorry if my question sounds a little daft.

I'm thinking of upping the power of my 2003 sti PPP which already has an Ecutek remap, current figs are 337bhp 328lbft. I'm aiming for high 300's.

Is it as simple as replacing turbo / actuator and getting it remapped?

Or am I looking at needing a lot more work to hit high 300's and keep it reliable and safe?

you should see 350

With full 3" decat Rcm induction kit and a decent map

400 would need 650 /800 injectors, Front mount, MD321/ RCM 400 turbo
fuel press reg

A good 20G plus injectors, headers and remap should do it.
