MY54 alarm help

Default MY54 alarm help

Hi all

A friend has just bought a 54 reg 2.0GL and he wondered if he should have a remote fob for the alarm, at present he uses the key to lock/unlock the doors (a single lock/unlock button on the key).

the alarm fob is built into the key

Thanks, can a new pin code be done with this setup as he doesnt know it,also he says the interior sensors dont work either?

yes a new pin code can be programmed in and the ultrasonics may have been turned off, for the pin code give sigma sam a email on SIDC, the bloke is an absolute saint! and has helped me no end with a problem i had.
