98 / 99 bumper fitting question urgent!!

Hi
I have the oportunity to get my hand on a MY99 bumper (the one with the orange insert and will attempt to put on my MY98 (without inserts, slightly different look) all i need to know is will MY98 bumber indicators go straight onto a MY99 bumper or not.
willbe scanning the members pics for examples in the meantime
something tells me they wont
