hey peeps is it me or do full decats give just pure resination through the downpipe an back. it sounds like its blowing although there all new gaskets right through. really annoying

 

i take it your system has no other resonators then? i had a magnex and it used to Drone like **** through the car, resonated centre section and now all the noise comes out the back!

 

yep mate thats right i removed mine when i put a decat centre section in but can mainly hear the resonation through the downpipe. once goin its great but idlin u would swear nuts an bolts are dropping lol

 

your always going to get noise mate, with the turbo been close to the cab along with the downpipe - mine never really bothered me that much - maybe you just need to get used to it, in all honesty the resonation / drone from my magnex was ok but i just prefer my new system. double check everything over and make sure its all jointed ok & tight? theres not much science to an exhaust so it cant be much of a problem, maybe even take it off and re-fit?

its not in the cab the drone. its pretty quiet. its when your outside an pop ya head down. i exchanged turbo recently an fitted new gaskets. checked everythin an all tight. done it before i changed turbo but its the price to pay with full decat lol
