How are the rear cross member bushes fitted? are they pressed in? i have seen some on ebay that are in 2 pieces and look to me like 1 goes in the top and 1 in bottom with the metal tube through the middle for the bolt then just bolt them up, can anyone advise me on this as i don't want to have the car 1/2 in the garage and need to be sent off for pressing.

hi,pressing out is an option theyre almost impossible to remove in situ,i had the crossmember completely off and decided to burn them out and cut through the sleeve with a hacksaw then having to repaint the whole thing before reassembly not an easy job overall.
