Default Best gear oil for Ver 6 Type R box ?

Whats the best gear oil to use in a Ver6 Type R gearbox? Im currently using Millers 75W90 but the gears get abit sticky after 4-5 runs down the drag strip, is it possible to use something like redline shock proof or is that only for ppg gearsets?

I wouldn't personally use the Mt90 as the Subaru box needs a GL5 spec oil and the Mt90 is only a GL4

Castrol Syntrax is the only gear oil i've ever used and ever will use in a scooby.
