I am just having my 2002 2.0 Sti engine rebuilt after it Fooked a piston(number 4) due to running lean. the engine builder said it looks like it just run out of fuel under load. So after reading a few threads i get the idea i should be getting myself a fuel rail kit that delivers fuel equally to all injectors. What do people recomend???
I was running a standard fuel pump on standard injectors but now have a walbro.
When its back together its going to be running 800cc injectors with supporting mods.
Any info or ideas would be appreciated.

Depends how much you want to spend really. See my Carl Davey Rails below (Carl supplies with required fittings and braided hose, all Earls as well). Think theres quite a few big bhp cars running these now. They look sweeeeetttt .

I think the rails are about £120 (don't quote me tho as I can't remember the exact price ), but the Earls fittings arn't cheap (I think the 90 deg returns are about £15 each, lol), you can use cheaper fittings tho.

Works out a simular price to Perrins which don't have braided lines. You will want a new Fuel Pressure regulator with these tho and that will be about £180. Carl posted recently to say he'd improved the rails to make them eaier to fit as well.
