Default Turbo 2000 - Best spark plugs to fit?

Car is due for its 60k service, just wondered which plugs would be best too fit?

NGK LASER PLATINUM PFR7B's or NGK IRIDIUM IX's (Heat Grade 6)

Car is a 2001 Turbo 2000 with only very light mods (De-Cat, Panel Filter, 255 Pump)

Cheers!!

Any major differences between the two?

The 6B's seem to be about half the price of the 7B's!

the 7bs run cooler & are best suited for the quite modified but ive known people running well over the 300bhp with the 6bs which are the standard plug
