For a classic

i have an HKS mid section and backbox,backbox to midsection flanges are 3"

my backbox has gone,so need a new one,but most are 2.5" (the standard original size i guess ???)

so,any out there that just sell the 3" flange backbox without having t obuy it as a cat back system ?

was after the afterburner but its in a 2.5" flange and they only do the 3" system as cat back

 

Stainless steel exhausts manifolds and headers from Hayward and Scott

Have a look here, they will also make what you want.

 

buy any exhaust you fancy and get the reducer cut off and weld a new section on the end to suit 3"-most stainless steel manufacturers/fabricators should be able to do it.
this is what i am about to get done so hope the theory is correct

seeing most back boxes are £250 +,dont fancy cutting the flange off etc,maybe a 2nd hand one noprobs,but a nice shiny new back box,hmm
