Just Noticed that my 53 Plate Blobeye does not have the spring Bolts & Tapered Cone sealing ring where the Downpipe meets/bolts to the centre pipe Has this always been the case on the Blobeyes/Newage or should it not be clamped directly together !!??

Could Someone have a quick peek under their's for me please

mine has the spring bolts and the centre section joins with a conical seat to give a bit of adjustment its an 03 plate

 

Hmm, I would of thought my Blobeye should have also, Although the centre section is an aftermarket pipe ...

I didn't really want to have to buy another centre section to put the conical ring & springs back !! After all, an exhaust should have some give in it ...
