posted this in the tech area but had no repley,i have had to remove my driveshaft due to the outter joint being worn out,i also poped the n/s/r one out too to regrease it at the same time,when i poped the n/s one out the circlip that sits on the inner joint that pops into the diff stayed on the shaft,the o/s one stayed in the groove in the diff,is this correct?i noticed that someone is also asking the same question in the tech section,i have a friend who breaks subarus and the three shafts he has removed have also left the clip in the diff,anyone else come across this as i'm thinking that i need just to knock the shaft in and it will be fine,someone must have had the same issue????????????????????
