But cant seem to find a picture type guide?

At the moment:

- all lights are off;
- The black popout things on top of the bumper are out;
- The wheelarch liner is off, and one bolt attaching the bumper to a bracket by the induction is undone.

A long cyclinder was mentioned to me, but cant see anything, and its not coming off!

If anyone has any useful tips or pics much appreciated

My FMIC instructions helpfully state... 'remove bumper'!! I think the bloke who wrote they must have worked for Haynes at some point...

Bolt in either corner by the wheel arch, also.
