third gear problem

had my classic 6 years now with no problems but lastnight it was a tad stiff taking it out of third gear only done it a couple of times

May need an oil change, mine was doing this when cold just put fresh oil in today.

Could also be a syncro problem, not spinning up correctly, or also oil change
