Can't say for sure, but every supplier I've seen mention them seperately i.e. MY99/00, MY01+, etc..
Have a look here DR Motorsport and you'll see that there's a specifc MY01 mentioned.

I've made enquiries with a specialist and you're right, the valves are different.
Thought i'd have gotten a bit more advice from the "experts" on here though
