Standard Shocks vs WRX shocks

Can anyone help

I am about to buy some shocks I have one question are WRX shocks any different/better than the standard shocks on my AWD2000?

yeah but you want the latter classic sti shocks i.e the red ones version 5-6

I've just fitted the red shocks to my classic and they fit, but the rear is sitting too high.

Any advise? Or do they just not work on a classic. Thanks
