Gasket fooked, but why the oil?

So all the tests point to a blown head gasket but i just found oil dripping on to my up pipe

. Is this normal?? Could the rocker cover gasket have gone too?

If your head gaskets have gone then the rocker covers are going to have to be changed anyway.
