The lights on my morrettes have started to flake internally and I'm struggling to find replacement units. I can get them apart quite easily so where can I get them refinished? Its got to be possible as they manufacturer managed it initially.

 

Are they not just a Cibie unit? You should be able to get replacements. In fact I'll need one soon as one of my inner lamps has a crack in it.

Yeah they are Cibie lights. I thought they would be really expensive to replace but I did a google search and found these

Cibie Classic Headlamps

So about £25 each.
