Default Help needed identifing Dipped Beam on angel eyes...

Hi guys,

This maybe a stupid question but i am trying to work out what bulb is the dipped beam on angel eyes, have attached a pic.

One is just an open bulb and the other is like projector style, how do i tell which is which?

Are dip beams normally on the outside of the car?

Cheers
Jimmy

Looks like the main lights are on the outside, with the projector.
I always get confused when people say dipped beam, but I also get confused when people say nearside and offside Thats just me

But I would say the "full" beams, the ones you flash with are on the inside. You can see the cover over the bulb, so it looks like it is still a H4.

Dips are generally on the outside, the projectors are generally dips.

Wire up like that, then check that the outers produce the correct cutoff.
