Air duct for morette headlights
Can anyone tell me where they got the air ducts to fill the inner lens on a classic morette? Links would be good.
I've heard they are Sub box pots. But I can't see anywhere that sells them. The lenses are 5 inch.

Can't answer the question, although I have to say they DO look like sub box thingies.
Do be aware that if you go this route, you must disable BOTH Morette inners, by law, as lights must only be used in pairs.

Yeah aware of that thanks, but only from you previous posts.
Its actually for the set of morettes I used to take the current inners from. They were off a MK5 escort, so want to put something back in there to make them more marketable.
But while I've got you here, I've noticed from the Ford sites that around 2005, they made cyrstal outers and inners for a mk5 escort morette. Do you know if they ever did that for a classic?

Not AFAIK, the only Morettes I've ever seen for classics are those like on mine: Cibie 5 3/4" outers with H4 bulbs, Cibie 5" inners with H2.
There WERE a few clear-lensed ones about, but they aren't Morettes, are not e-marked and many were very poor.
