The can dont say to water down, but just want to double check before using it, so is it ok to use as it is straight from the can?

 

Yeah use it from the can.

 

It can't be diluted as it will not mix with water, so you do indeed use it neat. Wash and rinse car. Working one panel at a time, spray on neat, leave for 60 seconds, then wipe down the panel with a soft towel, then rinse with lots of water. Move on to the next panel until whole car is done. Simples.
