Default Renault Laguna 1.8 RT - £450

The time has come to sell my trusty old Laguna daily driver, as I am collecting its replacement this weekend.

Here are the details >>>

Renault Laguna RT hatchback
1.8 litre petrol
5-speed manual
1997 P-Reg
Metallic grey
10 months MOT
4 months tax
139k miles
Electric windows
Electric sunroof
Remote central locking
Engine immobiliser
Power steering
Leather steering wheel with airbag
RDS stereo with remote column controls
Multi-function display for stereo, clock & temperature
In the past few months the following work has been done:
- Full service (oil, filters & plugs)
- New front discs & pads
- New exhaust system
- New rear wheel bearing
- New wiper blades
- New battery
- New auxiliary belt
- New front tyres

I bought this car from a friend, who had owned the car for about 5 years before me, unfortunately he lost the V5 and some bills/receipts when he moved house, so it’s not got a full service history, only partial, even though its been done!

The car runs & drives well, don’t be put off by the mileage, it starts first turn of the key, has never let me down, the engine is pokey, it’s good on fuel, the gearbox is smooth, the brakes are sharp and it’s a nice comfortable cruiser.

Any issues or niggles that the car had when I first bought it have now been sorted, as you can see from the list above and the car flew through the MOT recently.

Looking for £450 ono

Photos to follow shortly...

Gave it a quick wash earlier and took some photos...

As you can see, it scrubs up well for an old car!

I assume that the back seats fold down, do you think a mountain bike would fit in the back with them down?

yeah, the back seats fold down, it's a 60:40 split too, you can see in the photo if you take another look

the boot is huge, even without the seats being folded, so you'll easily get a mountain bike in there with them down
