Hi everyone,

I have just bought an 07 WRX to keep my 08 STi happy (I know how lucky I am). Unfortunately, while by no means a lemon, I am beginig to have my suspiscions about the original owner. I am just about to have my local dealer gove the car a complete once over and 20,000 mile service. I have also ordered a PPP.

The car however came witha Miltek exhaust. I beleive it is pretty unusual to have an exhaust like this and a standard ECU. I don't want to pay for a PPP if I have a Miltek, ECUTEK equivalent already. Is there any way to tell if the car is running in standard tune?

There is also a mild knocking coming from the rear left corner of the car which my dealer beleives is a worn shock, opinions gratefully recieved.
