Awesome job, think you need to check your tyres though. One of them needs to be at the back.

Hi
Well fortunately i have a company beemer so time was not an issue, Its actually been off the road for 4 months, as i only worked on it when the sun was out at the week ends.

You can just make out the samco that the dump valve is connected to in Pic 10, I used a 90deg bend samco hose.

You did bloomin well to do it in a week end for sure.

I decided to do the cam belt, all tensioners and pulleys, all fluids, ancillary belts, water pump, thermostat, front crank oil seal,Oil ,Oil filter, Fuel filter,440 injectors, new stainless headers, new induction kit,new dump valve.
I also replaced all body clips, had side skirts, bumper, grill, front splitter and scoop all painted.
The intercooler is an autobarn one.
Remaining mods are:
upgrade my TD05 to a 20g
Uprated fuel pump and regulator
Power FC
Remap by Scott at Polar perfomance

I am a project manager, not a mechanic, just car mad and have always done my own work, Have had the car since i imported it 8 years ago.

Hope thats answered all the questions, And thanks for all the great comments.
