Can anyone recommend me a free ad blocker to get rid of the adverts on here for penile improvement? AOL ad blocker doesn't work on them. Or is the only alternative to turn my security and privacy to max? Cheers

host's file does work.

I use it on some client machines at work to block specific sites.

it's a bit of a chore to keep updated though
