Default Which Laptop?

Right guys, I'm after a new laptop and there's 1000's to choose from, obviously!

I don't need a particularly high spec, and it will only be used at home, so a fantastic battery isn't essential

I would like the following, if someone can recommend me one:
  • 17" Screen
  • Wireless
  • Used mainly for internet, a couple of games but nothing major
  • Enough room for photos/videos/music, holiday pics etc, again nothing major
  • Budget of £400-£500
Ta very much

Steve

For me it would be one of these..

Product Comparison

Mainly because I like Acer's build quality and reliability and laptopsdirect.co.uk have always been on time and very helpful.

Only my opinion, but there is quite a large step down in processor performance for that Dell compared to the Acer's.

Intel Pentium Dual-Core (Dell) and Intel Core 2 Duo (Acer) might be worth a look at the following link..
