Resonator - Mot failure??

Resonator - Mot failure??
Will the removal of my resonator on the centre section cause me to fail my MOT? It rattles badly and may need to get cut out and welded back up.
Any ideas?

Magnex do a stainless centre pipe for about £70-80. Mine passes mot with that and just a 100cell sportscat downpipe.

same here ... stainless steel centre pipe with no cat or res and no mot problems
