Default Noob Question, about the driver's seat

What is the biggest handle on the right hand side of the seat? (Blobeye STi)

I pulled it and nothing happened...

Is it for height adjustment?

yup hight adjustment, if you pulled it up and nothing happened the seat is probably right up, thy pumping the handle down to lower the seat
