are the ninja back box and down pipe a direct replacement for the stock equivalent?

i have ordered both and wanted to know if i am gonna run into probs when fitting

I take it you have ordered from SCOOBYWORLD? If yes then ring and ask them howver i'm pretty sure it says on there website that it will fit onto an OEM system. I had some afterburner pipe work fitted which was mated to my OEM cat

 

i got afterburner middle pipe which replaced the oem with no probs, so fingers crossed
