Default 230mm clutch?

will a 230mm clutch fit in my 1995 wrx without having to skim the flywheel?

No, AIUI your original is 225mm, so if you fit a 230 without skimming it will be running on the unworn bit until its worn the clutch enough away there to contact the rest.

As Simon says. Always skim, or if you don't you'll have judder.
