I'm trying to get my cranckshaft pulley off tot change the timing belt on my 98 classic. The bugger won't come off. Does anyone have a tool for this job. I have tried the 5th gear handbrake technique but it really doesn't do very much. Anyone within shouting distance of London can lend me this I would be very grateful.

In my ideal house I'd hav all the gear to knock up a tool myself. Welding kit, loads of scrap metal tying around. That'll have to wait.
