Default Tyre choice?? Not snow spikes though lol!

With my tyres bang on the limit it has come to the time to get some new tyres on her.

What tyres has everyone else found to be a good all round tyre, I'd like good vfm, longevity and grip?

Any ideas would be appreciated thanks!

Reading recent reviews and after driving my mates car with them fitted yesterday I'd go for Uniroyal Rainsport 2. They come top HERE too. Read the reviews

After them I'd go for Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta or Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric.
