Default buying a scooby.

Hi guys my names dodge im 42 and looking to buy an impreza later this year.I will have about £3500 to spend on a classic. Its not mid life crises ive already done that up and down the country to various seaside towns on a vespa scooter. Anyway i dont know whether to look for a turbo 2000 or a wrx i live in wythenshawe and worried about insurance i know the turbo is cheaper to insure ive had a quote for around £500 fully comp for the turbo. I love these cars and cant wait to get one and will be spending time on this forum.Any advise on buying one would be most helpfull.

cheers Dodge.

if you can afford it go for an sti as there a far better car performance wise. the 2000 turbos are the cheapest turbo model to insure but are far less agresive than there imported versions sti or wrx i would go for regards tony

If I was to buy again it would be a JDM STI - has all the gadgets as standad and nothing really needs doing to it until you get the modding bug

Shame they dont do Sonic blue anymore
