Lol, we got offered cash (nowhere near enough + a GENERATOR) LOL.
Our last offer is about to be concluded and unbeknown to the potential buyer, we know he's a Scoobynetter who has made quite possibly the dumbest offer yet, lol.
That gets stupid p/x - swap offers when your car is for sale?
Really grinds my gears!
Boro, when i had my Escort Cosworth up for sale. I had every monkey and his mate trying it on. All stupidly overpriced and over glorified. One example was a Golf R32, over average miles, over average owners, well under average spec (peasent spec) and average condition. He recco'd it was worth 12K. i pointed out that it had a crap spec and it was actually crap. It's still on pistonheads and now at 9K and he still cant shift it I therefore decided to keep my cossy, and with all the crap out there i'm glad i did. After all it's only going up in value
Yeah went through it the past few weeks since my car has been for sale, stuff ranging from modified Ashstray Turbos to Cossies (was half tempted by one) but I had clearly stated no px
when I was recently selling my skyline I got offered (even though all my ad's said no p/x or swaps) a quad bike, a motorbike, a 150k mile P reg vectra, 306 diesel, R reg corsa on 18's.
Then there were the people who offered stupid cash amounts......£1000 under the asking price
Would this happen if you sold a plain Ford Escort?
