how do you remove the oil cooler?

Default how do you remove the oil cooler?

if it screws on its bleedin tight, i assume you shouldnt use the coolant pipes for leverage as they will tear off, any ideas please

oh and i still cant get the drivers side cam sprockets off any ideas there too

is this an oil/water cooler takeoff we're talking about? doesn't the central oil tube have a hexagon on it?
