Default spark plugs heat level

I want to get NGK iridum spark plugs but not sure what heat level i need.
Ive got a v3 sti, stock engine.

Also my clutch is slipping, shall i go for organic or stage 1?????
Is there much difference between the two as i think i do give the clutch quite alot of abuse!!!

Not sure about the iridium ones' heat range.

The most common, and therefore recommended, are NGK's PFR6B for std cars. Or, for modded cars, PFR7B (7 being a colder heat range than 6). I suggest the latter gapped to between 0.65 to 0.7mm. They also do the PFR8 for seriously modded cars (IIRC only really needed for about 450+ bhp).

As regards clutch, I think an organic Exedy (not paddle though! - too 'on/off' for road use) is a good choice for light to medium modded motors. For expert, proper lol advice, contact APIDavid.
