Hi i have a sti 3 and under hard braking i loose a bit of feel in the clutch pedal, if i come to a stop sometimes the clutch bite is a bit lower than normal.

Ive noticed some gearboxes have a spring and a square thing on the clutch fork/slave cylinder area, but mine only has a spring!!!! does this mean anything or am i looking in the wrong place????
