Default Legacy 3.0 spec B?

Has anyone on here had one, anything to look out for?

Seen a spec B on a march 06, 10k miles for £9995.
Not as fast as my 03sti, but sometimes I fancy a change.

22-24mpg normal motoring

28-30 @ 60mph on the m-way

I went from my 03 STI (Remapped) to a Spec B and it was like for like fuel costs.
