hi, looking to get upgrade my air filter to a performance panel filter, can anyone recomend any? Also is it better to get one that doesnt have oil in it as i have heard the oil can damage sensors. is this true?

Do a search mate, it's been discussed a few times..
I use an HKS, had no problems with it.

 

go for the powertec mate,metal type,no oil so no maf probs,both the panel and induction kit are safe to use..zaf
