The driver of a white 'N' reg scoob (with red mud flaps) which has been spotted by a number of people blatting around the Marlow/Wycombe area? If you do perhaps you can tell him what an absolute tosser he is..... it's little ******* like this who give other scooby drivers a bad name.

He has been observed racing at high speeds, down residential roads by which children play, and around the town - you can hear him as his scooby has a loud(ish) exhuast and has a tendancy to make a back firing noise (i'm not technically minded so have no idea if he want it to do this or not!!).

It's only time before he causes a nasty incident - and once again it will be innocent people hurt because of his wreckless attitude, and bad driving skills...
